The process was the most streamlined I could imagine and we could do almost everything online. It was fast and hassel-free and everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. We've used Rocket Mortgage before and are constantly amazed by the products, process and people.

Ali is wonderful! She's easy to talk to and was so patient with my husband and I's numerous questions. I also love how responsive she is via tex or email. I'm so glad I found her and Rocket Mortgage.

Joe was great. He had a complete picture very quickly and always stayed on top. Promote this guy. I got into the whole thing this time because I was trying to enter the sweepstakes for $5,000. I'm still waiting for someone to confirm if I've won. Joe said I did. PJL
