Chris was helpful from start to finish! PreQualification to After Closing. He was very informative throughout the ENTIRE loan process. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the VA loan process. I applied with multiple companies, but his response time and updates made my choice easy! He took the stress out of the process. Thank you!!!!

Shawn provided critical pre-approval letter which allowed the Seller to accept our offer over multiple other offers. We were able to close on our house within 3 weeks from start to finish!

Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but what I'm most thankful for is the way he stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. This could have been an incredibly frustrating and scary experience, but working with Tom always made me feel like someone had my back.

Jacki replied to my initial request right away and walked me through all the steps. She explained everything very clear and made the process very easy. This was my second property I've purchased and easily the better experience (my previous property was not through Rocket Mortgage - but my future one's will be).
