Derek was great. Whenever we had any questions we could call him and he would take care of us. He made sure everything went smoothly and we were 100% in the loop as to what was going on. It was our first time buying a house and he made it easier.

It has been a pleasure working with Chris from day one. He was the first representative I spoke with when I called Rocket Mortgage and he stuck with us till the end. Even now if I need anything Chris is on speed dial why because he gets it done, and that's a fact.💪

I think he was so into his work he was actually answering me after hours. He was able to get everything done and onto the next step of the process so quick and flawlessly. The entire process took less than a few weeks to getting everything approved and into a new home within 30 days and part of that was even waiting for the realtors to catch up. If I had to do it again I would call and ask for Bruce again. Read More Read Less

Rob is the only mortgage representative who actually looked into our situation and came up with a solution to do our refinance. The other companies I discussed it with were not able to offer a program acceptable to us. Rob was always available to take our calls and was always helpful and courteous, as well as being very caring. Thank you, Rob, for a great job!
