Although were were hesitant Bryan was very upfront with possible scenarios and if at a certain point we did not like the possibilities there was no harm done if we backed out. Bryan was very patient with all the many questions we had and at the end we did ended up saving on our refinance. We felt very comfortable through the process and never felt obligated at any time.
