Marc was incredibly helpful through the entire experience. He took the time to help explain answers to our questions, and even worked out numbers with us so we knew exactly what to expect when our loan closed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to refinance a mortgage.

Hands down The best experience with refinancing my home. Quick, simple, and Mike stayed in touch and answered all of my questions. The Rocket Mortgage portal was easy to navigate and messages were returned within 10-15 mins. Definately recommend using Rocket Mortgage if your looking into refinancing your home.

People tell me my experience with buying my first home was way too easy and seemingly stress free. I would have to agree with them and I give all of the credit to Marcus Norman and his team. I had no Idea what I was getting into when I first filled out my loan application online, but Marcus responded quickly and was there along the journey making sure I was on top of everything so that we could get this done ASAP. The communication was great and I never felt out of the loop on what was going on. We ended up closing on our home in less than a month and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Thank You Marcus... we appreciate all you have done!!! Read MoreRead Less

Collin was a pleasure to work with. When my wife had a question no matter what day of the week or hour he would get back to her to answer her question. With all my questions for him he was like part of our family. With all the questions he treated each one as an important question. We enjoyed working with him
