Justin customer service through the process of us refinancing our home was on point.
He explained everything to us in detail, he answered all of our questions and concerns, the communication was great, if we had a concern, he returned our call or emailed us immediately.
It was definitely a smooth process. The last time I tried refinancing with Rocket Mortgage the process didn't go this quickly. ...Justin customer service through the process of us refinancing our home was on point.
