My current mortgage is with Rocket Mortgage and about 3 weeks ago Nicky called me to ask if I had ever thought about refinancing my home. While we were on the phone she quickly pulled together some of my financial information and told me I could consolidate some of my other bills along with my mortgage. By doing this I lowered my interest rate and reduced the length of the loan by three and a half...My current mortgage is with Rocket Mortgage and about 3 weeks ago Nicky called me to ask if I had ever thought about refinancing my home. While we were on the phone she quickly pulled together some of my financial information and told me I could consolidate some of my other bills along with my mortgage. By doing this I lowered my interest rate and reduced the length of the loan by three and a half years. I told her I would consider it and get back with her. Nicky was not pushy to try to close the deal but gave me the time I needed. Throughout this entire process Nicky has been a joy to work with...she is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and, if she didn't know the answer to a question she would convey this too plus obtain the answer for you. I also want to acknowledge how easy it is to apply for a mortgage with Rocket Mortgage...most paperwork is accomplished via their computer system and Nicky was there every step to assure it was done correctly and efficiently.
