I must say last time I called Rocket Mortgage, the person who answered told me things that did not happen, we were not happy at all. This time, my husband and I dealt with Brian, and the whole process was very smooth. Even when we called last minute to take out money from the mortgage. He was always kind and courteous and willing to help. Great experience this time around. David did a wonderful job. Was always informative, kept constant contact, let me know all the steps and steps coming up. In an age of no personal contact and email was very surprised on the verbal communications and checking on how it was progressing. Would recommend to anyone.
