Kyle listened to what was important to my husband and I. He was very professional and true to his word. He was able to meet our needs when the bank kept changing the terms. This has been my best experience of any mortgage and it is my seventh time obtaining a mortgage. Thanks to Kyle we will be abIe to pay off our home sooner. I will look for him and Rocket Mortgage for any future needs.

THANK YOU DOUGLAS FOR MAKING THIS RE-FINANCE A VERY EASY PROCESS WITH NO SUPRISES. EVERYTHING INCLUDING AMOUNTS FOR INSURANCE TAXES AND INTEREST WERE RIGHT ON IF NOT LOWER THAN YOU QUOTED. AGAIN, I THANK YOU AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU TO FRIENDS AND USE YOU AND YOUR COMPANY AGAIN WHEN THE NEED ARISES.

While I didn't really have a lot of interaction with Marc directly, it was mostly a team effort, our interaction was satisfactory.
