After a few calls with the local bank and no guarantee of a locked rate of interest, I learned about Rocket Mortgage through the internet. The minute I contacted Rocket Mortgage, Kyle St John took it form there. He and his team locked me into a rest 30 year rate and walked me through the process in less then 30 days. Once he was completed getting me the rate I need that only took an hour, he turned it over to his team and they took it from there with Kyle St Joh and the lead. His team was equally amazing with the service to secure my rate and complete my loan. Its was amazing service and an unbelievable process second to no one. Kyle St John was always available to answer any of my questions and for that he and Rocket Mortgage will get all of my business going forward given. I found his personal service and the quality of the rate he gave me was the best in the mortgage experience I have ever had in 30 years of purchasing mortgages.
