I had already refinanced with Rocket Mortgage as was comfortable with our mortgage. When Skyler called me, I was initially not interested in another refi, but he convinced me it was a good idea, and it's proved so. I'd still be muddling along with our old mortgage so I owe him a vote of thanks.

Mike was absolutely great! He was willing to help at any time. I am a teacher and he was more than willing to work around my schedule whether it be evenings or the weekend. I could always ask questions and get an answer right away. As a first time home buyer, I was pretty worried about everything but he made the process wonderful. I would always recommend Mike.
