I have refinanced my primary and investment properties quite a few times over the years; however, this was my first time choosing Rocket Mortgage for my mortgage needs. I am happy with my decision to go with Rocket Mortgage and am thankful that I landed with Julie Lewis as my mortgage banker / broker. She was truly a breath of fresh air and understands that if you are not satisfied customer that neither she nor Rocket Mortgage will get your initial and/or repeat business. Although I have never met Julie she made me feel as if we'd known each other for years and ultimately made our interactions fun (yes, I just stated that part of the refinance process was fun and it's all due to Julie).
