First of all, Brian is very easy to get along with. The whole process was painless although since there were two of us on the loan we had to coordinate between ourselves---not a big deal. The thing I really liked was that even if I could not reach Brian with a question, anyone on the team could fill in seamlessly and answer the question. This saved time on several occasions.
