Jennifer was quick to respond to phone calls and emails. She was tenacious, in that she didn't take "no" for an answer. Thank you, Jennifer!

Responsive, caring and knowledgeable! Allen worked out the details, gave us some suggestions and options and let us know where in the process we were. Wish the loan could have closed sooner but it all worked out for us! Love working with Rocket Mortgage and Allen!

James was terrific in seeing my loan to completion. He laid out all of the expectations I should have on the front end of our discussions and exceeded them at the end. I didnt think we could close within the tight timeline we had, but we did thanks to James.

Great experience. First time home buyers and he made it probably as easy as it could be. He was very responsive as well. We were going to go with Chase initially until they stopped responding. We went with Rocket Mortgage instead and didn't regret it.

Simon did an outstanding job originating my loan, and getting me started with the loan process. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and always available. Rocket Mortgage is very lucky to have him as an employee.
