Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions, and was very prompt on returning phone calls, even after hours, and one time when he was on vacation. He made sure that I had all the contact information for the rest of the team that was working on my re-finance, and made the whole experience very non-stressful. I would recommend Jeremy and the whole Rocket Mortgage team and ...Jeremy was a pleasure to work with.
