Worst experience of my life, 6th mortgage (plus refinances), 1st n last w Rocket, had to apply 3x for same home, chaos and errors on their end and all their representatives. Was told getting a credit for the hassle and errors on their end still waiting for $1041.00. Run away from this company. Tom was 2nd loan officer after original left the company, never had any issues with first loan ...Worst experience of my life, 6th mortgage (plus refinances), 1st n last w Rocket, had to apply 3x for same home, chaos and errors on their end and all their representatives.
