After being completely dissatisfied with my local bank and loan officers I contacted Rocket Mortgage. I did so after reading several reviews of Mortgage firms. I was looking for a Jumbo loan and the list of providers is fairly short so I contacted the half dozen or so. I have to say that Kyle at Rocket Mortgage was heads and tails above all others in knowledge, etiquette, and straightforward ...After being completely dissatisfied with my local bank and loan officers I contacted Rocket Mortgage. I have to say that Kyle at Rocket Mortgage was heads and tails above all others in knowledge, etiquette, and straightforward answers! I got more information in 10 minutes over the phone with Kyle than I had received from my local bank over the 3 months prior. He never employed any pushy sales tactics nor once did I feel like he was trying to get me to hurry and apply for a loan. In fact, it was over several phone conversations before I gave him the go-ahead and start. The rest of the loan process went fairly smoothly and any hiccups I did have were not in Kyle's control or part of any dealings I had with Kyle. I would NOT hesitate to work with Kyle again on my next loan and in fact If/when I ever do need a mortgage loan, I will track Kyle down. I surely lucked out on the day I spoke with Jd. He set the stage for an easy and relaxed conversation. And that has never been the case when I have explored financial options with home financing.
