On a computer inquiry trying to understand HARP, I ended up in a phone conversation with Tima. I learned HARP didn't work for me but Tima asked what my need was. With Tima I discovered through consolidation I would save over $800/month in payments I was currently making. Tima walked me through every stage of the refi application to the point of approval. It was a great experience.
