Greg was very friendly, informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions, and outline all of the different options available to me. Jad was responsive, prompt with his email replies, and honest about not having an answer to a question we had, but he took time to find the answer! He made the process of refinancing easy and comfortable. He was patient and accommodating, and when we made a change to our original refinance options, he dealt with it professionally and quickly.
