I inquired on a refinance on an apartment we inherited, Charlene's willingness to help us reach our goal was wonderful. She also ended helping us with our current mortgage which was costing us a lot more monthly. Her dedication to helping her clients is great!! Thank you.

Laura was fantastic to work with, especially for us as first-time home buyers. Her passion for her work and energy in what she does is quite obvious. She is very prompt in making calls or returning them and always went out of her way to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. So glad we chose Rocket Mortgage and so thankful our account was assigned to Laura!

Cass exceeded all expectations and made refinancing my home loan easy and faster than I would have imagined. He was knowledgeable and attentive, as was everyone on his team. He was able to answer all questions and address any concerns I had. This was a completely different experience than I’ve had in the past with other companies. I can’t believe how smoothly things went from the first phone call ...Cass exceeded all expectations and made refinancing my home loan easy and faster than I would have imagined. Wingyee was excellent from the start. She was professional and patient with us as we had taken time to get our material together for her. She kept us on track and let us know when timing would affect our rate. We would work with her again. Thanks Wingyee.

Stefan from Rocket Mortgage called and we discussed my situation. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about loans. He looked at several avenues to shorten my loan saving me money in the long run. I fortunately have a very good loan and was advised to keep it. He was looking out for my best intrest and not trying to sell me something I didn't need. Kudo's to Stefan for his honesty and enlightening me on my current loan. If you get the pleasure to work with Stefan you will be treated as a friend who has your best intrest at heart. Thank You Stefan.
