I had previously chosen to use a local bank even though Rocket Mortgage rates were actually better. I was uncomfortable with buying a house "online". However, after learning how ineffective the local banks communication and product knowledge was. I reverted back to JD. From the moment he reopened my application I would say I have raving reviews. I used Rocket Mortgage for my first home purchase. I was looking to save money so I reached out to a few mortgage bankers to discuss my options and to get the best price. Because I had such a good experience on my first purchase I decided to first try Rocket Mortgage again and reached Cass. He was very friendly and professional as we discussed my options for my goal to save money. Cass ...I used Rocket Mortgage for my first home purchase. I was looking to save money so I reached out to a few mortgage bankers to discuss my options and to get the best price. Because I had such a good experience on my first purchase I decided to first try Rocket Mortgage again and reached Cass. He was very friendly and professional as we discussed my options for my goal to save money. Cass immediately gave me the best options and made sure to answer every single question to make sure I fully understood the numbers regarding the refinance. What I really appreciate about Cass is that when I did a cost comparison against other companies he was very transparent and took his time to go through all the numbers which I did not have that experience with other companies so immediately I knew he is someone I can trust and is sincerely looking out for my best interests. He also communicated effectively by either calling, emailing, or sending a text message and was quick to reply. Overall, Cass helped me to get a lower interest rate and to eliminate PMI so I will be saving significantly each month and throughout the life of my mortgage loan.
