I just refinanced my home with Rocket Mortgage and Mariah Locke and the other Rocket Mortgage staff walked me through the step seamlessly!! The customer service was at such a high level that at times it seemed like it was too good to be true. However, as I met each agent online and talked to them as I needed, I learned that the high level of customer service that I thought was too good to be true...I just refinanced my home with Rocket Mortgage and Mariah Locke and the other Rocket Mortgage staff walked me through the step seamlessly!! The customer service was at such a high level that at times it seemed like it was too good to be true. However, as I met each agent online and talked to them as I needed, I learned that the high level of customer service that I thought was too good to be true was just one of the many areas that exemplify the high level of service that Rocket Mortgage is known for. Every document needed was easily uploaded online. When it was time to close my loan, an attorney came to my house with all the necessary paper work and sealed the deal. Ryan delivered what he promised for our loan at the costs and schedule we initially agreed upon. He was pleasant to work with and helpful. The only negative was that that there where 2 handoffs to other Rocket Mortgage employees before the loan was finalized.
