Kendale was great to work with! He answered questions quickly and kept me abreast of our client's progress. I was very pleased with the time he took to get our client pre-approved due to the buyer's work schedule. He was patient yet firm with the time frame. The process went smoothly and quickly. I would definitely recommend Kendale for my clients in the future! Thank you!

10+ out of 10 Professional experience and the entire process was perfect with all of our questions answered and was easy doing business with Rocket Mortgage. Our last experience it's another lender was a horrible unprofessional experience and will only recommend the Rocket Mortgage team. Great Job!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Lajuan on two loans. The first was to refinance our free and clear property to pay a few debts and put the remaining balance as a down payment on our retirement condo at Lake Of The Ozarks. The second was the purchase of the mentioned condo. He was able to come up with the best option for each of the loans. He is always available to answer ...My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Lajuan on two loans. James is nothing short of a hero. I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our home. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller...James is nothing short of a hero. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller that we were good on getting a loan was critical to our offer getting accepted.
Once the offer was made, James was able to understand that as first time home buyers we would be strapped for cash if we made 20% down, and worked with us to get loan at same rate for lesser down payment.
I think that James and his team have been very diligent in handling our loan, they have been proactive trying to figure out potential pitfalls and remedy them, but more than being professional I appreciate them being able to understand human side of things and genuine willingness to help their customers get the home that they want.Read MoreRead Less
