Mike was always available, knowledgeable, and helpful regarding our loan. In fact, I have a client who I am referring to Mike today.

Our experience with Mike and Rocket Mortgage was very good, and I look forward to working with Mike in the future.

Jason was excellent through every step of the process and was fully committed to getting me the best result. He even interrupted a holiday dinner to take my phone call, noting that he just wanted to get me into a good home. Diligent, accommodating and professional.

When she spoke to me I was very depressed at what I was up against. She helped me clear up my thinking about it and assured me that thing would work out.

Jay was proactive, polite, and very helpful. He made the process of getting my first mortgage manageable. I believe that he overcommitted to certain things that were beyond his control which put me in a bit of a bind. But I appreciated his desire to get me the best he could and would be happy to work with him again.

Wingyee was wonderful to work with during the refinance process. She was very diligent in ensuring I had all the necessary documents required for the refinance and responded timely. This is my 4th time using Rocket Mortgage and each experience has been easy and excellent. Thank you for everything.
