Dany made our refinancing very understandable and thus it went extremely smooth. He was patient with all our questions, was skilled with putting things in laymen’s terms and everything he said that would happen did happen. There was no last minute changes in any of the closing information as he explained it to us. I would recommend him as a facilitator of Rocket loans to anybody.

During the early process there was some information sent out that was confusing. A letter e-signed by Belen requested the appraisal by the 23rd when it was not even scheduled until the 25th, with a delivery date of five to six days later. The paperwork and appraiser thought we were refinancing. There were some other concerns, so, I sent an e-mail pointing them out to Belen. Then mid-way of the process an automatic closing estimate e-form was sent out that was very inaccurate. My husband eventually emailed and called her about the second incident and did receive a phone call from her manager. Belen said that she had seen the information in question.
