So what makes him the best? 1) He stays a step ahead of me, helping me to avoid time consuming details that I don't need to worry about. 2) He goes at my pace -- not too fast, not too slow. 3) He simplifies arcane rules and regulations so that I can understand what I am doing. 4) When I do want to understand...Simply put, Chris is the finest, most outstanding home loan agent I have ever worked with. So what makes him the best? 1) He stays a step ahead of me, helping me to avoid time consuming details that I don't need to worry about. 2) He goes at my pace -- not too fast, not too slow. 3) He simplifies arcane rules and regulations so that I can understand what I am doing. 4) When I do want to understand in more detail, he slows down and takes the time to explain issues that are important to me. 5) He is pleasant to work -- professional yet sociable in just the right balance. 6) He is my partner on getting the onerous job of filling out paperwork done. 7) He is patient. 8) He knows "his stuff". These are few thing among many others that make his performance absolutely first rate -- unparalleled in my experience.

We found Nichole to be our whole reason for pursuing our refinance with Qucken Loans. She must have spent 2 hours on the phone with us at one point helping us submit our online application. But all we had to do was call Chris, and he served as an intermediary/liaison and helped get everything back on track. He even laughed at our bad jokes, and for that alone he deserves five stars.
