I reached out to Rocket Mortgage because I have some family members in Detroit that works for Rocket Mortgage so I thought I would get pretty good service. I think the entire process took about three and a half week almost exactly one month, their processes are very well laid out I know at all times what was needed and I provided that information. I had considerable equitity in my home and I pulled some money out to pay off my rental property so this entire process was a complete win win for me, refi'd my personal residence, paid off my rental, and reduced my mortgage by $1000.00.
