Joe was awesome from the beginning. I must admit that I don't know much about refinancing and owning a house. I fly by the seat of my pants. I totally explained this to Joe and told him to talk to me like he was talking to a small child "explaining in plain terms so I would understand". (To be honest, I had no right to buy a 3 family without a clue of what I was doing. DUMB!! He made it ...Joe was awesome from the beginning.
