I was unsure about switching mortgage companies, but Rocket Mortgage offered the financing option we were interested in while my previous mortgage company did not. Jenny was the first person we worked with at Rocket Mortgage and quickly reassured me we had make the right choice. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

What a pleasure to deal with. I know your thinking right how can a morgage be a pleasure, Taylor and the rest of the team made things so much easier and eliminated possible problems all while getting the job done quickly. No dishonesty or slight of hand here just no nonsense working for me to achieve my dream. I highly recommend these great people.

Frances is the reason why I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage. Frances listened and turned around a bad experience I had earlier in the year with another rep and made it right. She is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Frances.
