I have done my 1st Rocket Mortgage a little while ago, after having had my mortgages with other banks in the past. Not only was the process very smooth, fast and efficient; most importantly Drew accompanied me through he whole process very professionally.
He was always available, even late at night and always followed-up on any item. It was a most pleasant experience, strange to say for a mortgage,...I have done my 1st Rocket Mortgage a little while ago, after having had my mortgages with other banks in the past.
