I was fearful at first about attempting to prequalify knowing my credit history included a bankruptcy. When I applied I explained all of this to Jimmy and he guided me along the way. Surprisingly, my credit history was just that, history. I had maintained a decent rapport with my creditors and proceeded with Jimmy to get approved to by my home. I had maintained a decent rapport with my creditors and proceeded with Jimmy to get approved to by my home. I must admit that finding a property was frustrating in the beginning but at least twice a day I would receive some type of correspondence from Jimmy encouraging me to keep looking or to see if I had found anything.
