When we stuck with our rental lease ending and were not sure if we would be approved for our home loan I called Rocket Mortgage and the first agent I spoke to transferred me over to Andrew and he was such a blessing. He was so down to earth and made our mortgage experience better than we could have hoped for! He was very good at understanding our needs and situation. Aaron was very helpful, professional, and personable. He helped us through getting a mortgage for our first home. He spoke with our realtor and the selling agent on our behalf as well when there was a similar offer with more cash down payment and settled questions without us having to put down more cash. I would highly recommend working with Aaron.

I was fortunate to be assigned to James for my mortgage needs. The fact that I am in New Orleans never seemed to matter. The fact that I am in New Orleans never seemed to matter. He and his team seemed to be right next door every time i had a question or concern. I was leaving to go out of the country the day after closing and was concerned we might not be able to make the tight timeline, but James assured me we would and with the help of his outstanding team-every thing came together like a well oiled machine. At the closing, the Title company and Real Estate agents all commented on how satisfied they have all been each time they worked with the agents from Rocket Mortgage. I would recommend James to anyone interested in purchasing a home. Thanks so much to all of you for your hard work and assistance through this process. AlexRead MoreRead Less
