My experience with Alan was a very pleasant, informative, one. There were things about the process I did not understand.Alan verbally walked me through it.He was patient, kind.I didn't feel that I was even eligible for the program, and he worked it out,and referred me to the team, who handled the rest.Thank you Alan, for your expertise, and patience.
