My husband and I have always used a local loan officer for our mortgages but when we spoke to Brandon Chapdelaine and he told us he could get us a lower interest rate, we decided to explore the idea. Our local loan officer tried to scare us telling us that Rocket Mortgage would initially offer one rate but then would change it on us after we were committed. We discussed our concerns with Brandon and told him how we've never done business online and we were scared. Brandon assured us that he would deliver on his interest rate and all the other incentives. My husband and I decided to go ahead with Brandon. We are so glad we did! The process from start to finish was so easy. Brandon delivered on everything he said and through it all he was extremely professional, patient with us and knowledgeable.
