Just as many other reviews, I would give DJ five stars. The fact that he made me feel like I was the only client that Rocket Mortgage had nothing to do with my rating. He made the whole process very easy. He addressed all my concerns in a very professional manor and at the same time was very friendly and personal. I'm sure that he is a value asset for Rocket Mortgage.

Eric was friendly, easy to work with and kept the ball rolling. Any time another step was ready to be taken in the process, I'd do my part and shortly after, he'd do his. I wasn't constantly calling and waiting to hear back, he was Johnny on the spot through the whole process! We started paperwork the 27th of August and I closed on the 20th of September.
