Angela did not inform the cost of running credit scores to me until I asked. She did not inform that consumer credit scores and mortgage loans do not go together either. The interest rates, while I understand are not decided by her, were changed (higher of course) to me the day I decided to lock the loan in, despite having the highest score a person could have (top tier). We had a deal fall through - due to issues with the property, and Raymn stuck with us. Once we had found a better property, he was standing by to get us squared away with the new paperwork.
