My husband and I refinanced our home loan and Drew was our contact person. He walked us through the entire process and left nothing to our imaginations. His knowledge of the process allowed us to become relaxed and worry free. I felt like he was a friend that we have known for a long time. I appreciate all of his hard work on our behalf and would recommend him to all of my family and friends!

I recently completed a refinancing process in which Michael was the primary contact and manager of the process. While I occasionally had questions about some of the information provided, Michael's associates and the Rocket Mortgage staff were always prompt to respond, either via the 'Rocket Mortgage' web site or via phone. I found the process easy to accomplish.

Jeremy was my "first stop" at Rocket Mortgage. If it wasn't for his professionalism and knowledge, I may not have continued my journey to refinance. He was very confident and made me feel comfortable. I am happy that he was assigned to me.
