JD was really helpful and answered all of my questions, giving me all the info I needed to make a decision on how to proceed. He will be my go-to mortgage loan professional when we decide the time is right to refinance in the future.

Meri is an exceptional person and without her assistance, and my being encouraged to call on her whenever I hit a snag, I would not have completed the two loans I now have with Rocket Mortgage. She responded rapidly, cheerfully, and with infinite patience to my questions and concerns. In my loan application process she was the face of your company and I couldn't be more grateful to/for her.

Jacob and his team made the daunting refinance of our home fast and seamless. He was willing to communicate and was easy to reach. There were no awful surprises or upsets. They closed at the time we needed and even sent someone to our home to notarize the sign off. Highly recommend him!
