Dylan was great to work with. He was always on top on his game. He even worked for me, when he was off. Answered every question I had, and made sure, this refi went smooth. I would surely refer Dylan to anyone looking to buy a house or refinance a house. Great job Dylan.

I was on vacation when the seller accepted my offer on the Town Home I bought. James was great at understanding my situation and being flexible about when I could talk with him. Once we were going with the loan process, Ryan Teasdale kept everything on track making sure all the paper work was in order. He would touch base with me once a week, which also made me feel confident we would be ready for...I was on vacation when the seller accepted my offer on the Town Home I bought. Mr. Reed was very helpful with explaining the whole process of refinancing with Rocket Mortgaged and what would be need to complete the process. He was always available and timely with responses. He made this the most pleasant and easiest refinance experiences I've been through.
