I heard good things about Rocket Mortgage and decided to contact them one day on a whim. I had one of those "Modification Loans" and was interested in getting out of it. I honestly did not know if Re Financing was going to be possible for me, but wanted to inquire about it. I was lucky Ted answered the phone that day! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was very prompt...I heard good things about Rocket Mortgage and decided to contact them one day on a whim. I was lucky Ted answered the phone that day! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was very prompt to return my emails and texts. We ran across a couple of bumps along the way, and he was very patient and helpful during those times. (I might have shared some of my stress with him) He quickly gained my trust and I felt I could reach out to him when I needed to. If the opportunity comes up I will definitely recommend him.
