Leena was excellent; efficient, knowledgeable, and on top of things. She gave me hope and encouragement when I was doubtful. Leena recommended an FHA loan for me as the loan to appraisal value can be within 5%. Leena was able to charge only $100 for the appraisal fee and roll the remainder into the loan. I had tried for a Rocket Mortgage in 2015, but the appraisal did come in high enough; ...Leena was excellent; efficient, knowledgeable, and on top of things.
