This was the easiest and most efficient loan I have ever experienced. Mike was outstanding and I enjoyed talking with him on every call. Gina did a fine job with our re-financing. It was not a difficult loan to make and Gina's strength was that she did not get involved when she was not needed and efficiently stepped in when Rocket Mortgage's Ops people started wandering in the desert with repeat requests for already delivered documentation etc. Overall, we were pleased with Rocket Mortgage and very satisfied with Gina.
Excellent communication, kept me up to date on the progress of the loan process.
