I was very pleased with the efficiency and accuracy of the entire process of working with Skylar. I cannot imagine how it would have been without him moving things along. He was knowledgable and professional at every step in the process. We felt comfortable and safe with him in charge.

I used to work at a major bank, so when I replied to my Rocket Mortgage mailer, I was really expecting this refi to take a good couple of months. When Rick and I talked about my situation, I really didn't have a lot of hope that I would be able to refi. Rick gave me a lot of hope, and not only hope, but the loan from start to finish took only about 30 days. His idea for my loan, saved us a lot ...I used to work at a major bank, so when I replied to my Rocket Mortgage mailer, I was really expecting this refi to take a good couple of months. The only reason I used Chris was because my realtor did recommend him. But I am so glad I did. Everyone else I knew was closing late but I even closed early so my daughter could still start on the first day of school. He helped us on every step to make sure we got our dream home.

For me, as a first time home buyer, working with Mr. Ballard was a great learning experience. He guides you every step of the way.
