Just wanted to send a shout out to Lucas. I am a realtor and have worked with Rocket Mortgage Loans a number of times with my clients buying property. I decided to give them a shot when i went to purchase a property. Lucas did and awesome job getting me going and Mike S. finished the process. Dardan took us through the whole process from application (on the July 4th weekend) to the closing 25 days later with no drama. I had waited to apply to be sure that we had all the paperwork I thought we would need accessible, and Rocket Mortgage did everything electronically. It was much easier than I thought it would be. This was our first mortgage that didn't go through my husband's employer - GMAC always made the process easy because we were part of the GM family and the mortgage application often went with a move. But it was just as easy with Rocket Mortgage. I'm guessing we won't be needing another mortgage as we are retired, but if we do, I'll be calling Rocket Mortgage. I contacted Rocket Mortgage for my refinancing needs and DeAnna Tonak was the consultant that was assigned to me. I was very glad that I had her as my consultant for she went way above and beyond what was expected. She stayed with me throughout the process and was the go between person when there was any issues. She contacted the underwriter to be sure if Rocket Mortgage could do the loans or not....I contacted Rocket Mortgage for my refinancing needs and DeAnna Tonak was the consultant that was assigned to me. Matt is so amazing. What service!!! I felt totally protected in the whole process. He did most of the work and was really honest. I had tried to refinance my flat before and it was a drag honestly. I do everything online in my life so why not this? I also like the philosophy of Rocket Mortgage and how they care about people. Matt was the embodiment of that.
