John is a super professional. In general we are very impressed with the care and attention Rocket Mortgage provides customers; however, John is an exceptional asset. His attention to detail is superb and his ability as a conscientious listener is a rare talent. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have someone like John on board.

Mr. Rodner was Excellent. I am a difficult customer and he anticipated my next questions before I could ask. He was professional, smart, diligent, and strive to make sure I understood everything. He had humor and suggestions. I thought he was the BEST! and that is saying a lot. If he did not know the answer he researched and came back in an efficient amount of time with the answer. I have worked with Rocket Mortgage several times and this time was equally excellent. I believe the system used at this company is very professional and efficient. I have no complaints and will continue with this company for as long as I have this home. I thank you for your rapid and efficient services, Bryan. Helene C. Hursman

I really want to evaluate this opportunity, my husband was hesitant . Within hours of working with Alan he had all his concerns addressed and the loan process began. We had a family situation and the team went out of their way to have my husband sign papers in La and express them to me in Ca to finish the process. If you have been hesitant -take the leap. You will land well.
