If there were more stars I could give Amira I would! Amira was exceptional! I want to thank her for helping my husband and I with our refinance!! the process was extremely smooth and if it wasn’t for her hard work we would have never been able to get it done! I will make sure to refer my friends and family to her! Thank you Thank you Thank you Amira!

Jennifer was by far the most knowledgeable, responsive, patient mortgage professional I have ever dealt with. Not only have I purchased / refinanced several homes in the last two decades, but I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years managing origination teams, training loan officers, etc. Jennifer is the model mortgage professional in my opinion!

Just did my 3rd re-fi with Rocket Mortgage in 5 years. They are so fast, so professional, so easy, and so responsive, that I would not even consider using anyone else!!

Tom did a great job throughout the whole process. He always returned my calls on a timely basis and if he was out of the office always followed up with us to make sure we received a response from his co-workers. The whole experience went very welland on schedule, I would highly recommend Tom to anyone wanting to refinance their home.
