Dan is awesome. This is the second time we've gone through the process of refinancing and we've been lucky enough to have Dan by our sides both times! He's an excellent communicator, always explaining things in terms that are ways to understand and getting back to me almost immediately after I contacted him about anything. He's really great and we would absolutely use him again!!

I wanted to reach out and share how impressed I was with Marsel during my recent dealings with RM. He was my main contact and truly went above and beyond. He’s remarkably quick to respond, kind, and handled every question with deep expertise. It’s rare to find that level of service, and he made the whole project a success.

Adam was wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. I originally was going to go with SOFI but chose Rocket because of Adam. Rocket's customer service is by far superior making our refinance quick and flawless. Would highly recommend to anyone.
