There was no wondering about the status of my loan application because the on-line account let me know when I needed to submit something or what Rocket Mortgage was working on, step-by-step. Also every person I've communicated with at Rocket Mortgage seems to actually appreciate me as a customer. That is a rare thing these days--as many companies have become so 'corporate-minded' and have seemingly lost their concern for customers/clients.
