Not only did Omar display a professional and dedicated work ethic, he never steered us wrong and always did what he said he would do. Never any surprises, real genuine. In the end, Omar was able to save my parents from drowning in a high interest rate loan, cut their mortgage practically in half, and gave them back control of their already fixed income. In my opinion, Rocket Mortgage has the most brilliant strategy for creating and keeping clients, they hire associates like Omar Alfaear that work hard for the consumer's ultimate financial success.
