I was able to eliminate my PMI on a conventional loan while reducing my overall closing costs subsantially when comparing to the local company I was originally lookin into. Aside my closing costs, my monthly payments were reduced by about 9% when compared to my local originator. I will be recommending Jason to anyone and everyone from this day forward and am sure he will rise to the executive level in little or no time.

This couldn't have been an easier transaction. Normally I dread the mass of paperwork associated with buying a new house. Thank's to Chris and his team it was absolutely painless. It was mostly scan and upload to their website. If you had questions, responses came quickly. A good rate was nice as well. This is how to take advantage of todays communication/information technology.
