5 Stars is just not enough! I can't say enough good things about Bruce. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. This was our first experience using Rocket Mortgage and he made us feel like we were his only customers. I guess I thought we would be dealing with a loan company strictly online - had no idea how personal everything would be.

I guess I thought we would be dealing with a loan company strictly online - had no idea how personal everything would be.
Example: We actually changed our mind about the first house midstream through the process - I texted him on Sunday evening to let him know, and asked him to get back to me on Monday. But he called me right back that same Sunday evening within the hour. He expedited the process to make sure we closed on time, since we had just sold our own home. He was so good at explaining everything from the very beginning and kept in touch with us through the entire process. He patiently answered so many questions for us and never made us feel like we asked a stupid question. I have praised Bruce and Rocket Mortgage to all my family and friends. Ashley was a great asset to work with. She always called you when she promised, and was awesome throughout the entire process. Having refinanced a mortgage prior to working with Rocket Mortgage with a competitor, the competitor can learn a lot from the customer service that Ashley and her team provided.
