For some reason I thought I had already done this. Everything went very smoothly and happened very timely. Any questions I had were answered timely and Drew was very helpful in understanding what we wanted which to reduce our monthly payment. We did not have to have another appraisal done andour payment was reduced. I would recomment Rocket Mortgage for anyone looking to purchase a home.
