I wasn't sure what to expect using an online loan vs. local rep. My wife and I were on-guard when we first spoke with Justin. He was clear, patient and new the business inside and out. Justin was always available and quick to return calls. we caught him during his vacation time however he had someone taking care of us during his holiday. I would recommend him to anyone.

He followed up with me on everything and for clarity. It seemed like he was right here working in my State which is Maryland. Even the next person he handed me over to was just as professional.
